Human Resources & Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (AEDI) Specialist
Sandy Onyalo brings over 25 years of professional experience in human resources in the non-profit and union sectors, and within municipal and federal governments. She has developed professional relationships with government decision makers in human resources and anti-racism/diversity, equity, and inclusion (AEDI).
Her work on AEDI is grounded in her extensive experience in human resources, policy analysis and organizational change. She draws on federal and provincial legislation, research, and national and international best practices to reorient change through an AEDI lens. Sandy applies evidenced-based, innovative best practices in the field – for data analytics, organizational assessments, policy analysis, strategic visioning, training and employment system audits.
Sandy provides gap analysis and recommendations for ways in which to strengthen major funding proposals, including building AEDI action plans for grant submissions. Additionally, her expertise in the development and delivery of AEDI training resources and workshops and directly supports Resonant Business Solutions clients in their development of AEDI policies required by national grant funding agencies and programs.
